Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days
  • Other cities across Pakistan: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier availability and your location.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. [X] applies to all orders.
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. [X] (if applicable).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently offer COD across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery rider.
  • Our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delays

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Jewelify by Aqsa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photos for assistance.
